The SAF-HOLLAND ULX40 UltraLite Suspension System with composite spring-ride technology is an integrated slider suspension axle system with composite springs and SAF drum or optional disc brakes. The SAF composite spring system is more than 80 lbs lighter than steel spring systems and provides the performance of an air ride without the complexity. It has fewer components and those components are easily visible to aid inspection. With a 40,000-lb capacity, the ULX40 includes a 5.75” diameter axle. The company’s Black Armour corrosion and rust prevention treatment is impervious to water and caustic anti-icing chemicals. A Qwik Release Pin Pull allows safe and efficient adjustment.
