Stanadyne LLC acquires Pure Power Technologies, Inc.

The combined companies bring together product lines that will form a global company delivering broad fuel and air management systems directly to OEMs and OES/aftermarket channels.

Stanadyne LLC announced it has acquired Pure Power Technologies Inc., engineers and manufacturers of diesel fuel injectors and turbochargers headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. The combined companies bring together product lines that will form a global company delivering broad fuel and air management systems directly to OEMs and OES/aftermarket channels.

With facilities supporting the design, development, validation, and production of products for its customers, the Stanadyne organization now offers technical expertise in fuel management engineering and high-volume, high-precision manufacturing. Complementary products, market channels, and facilities enable the new company to leverage scale and better support an expanded customer base.

Stanadyne, a supplier of fuel management systems and components, has a history of manufacturing fuel systems, with an emphasis on pumping technology in both diesel and high-pressure gasoline. An engineering-centric company with expansive R&D capabilities, the company serves the light vehicle, off-road, and various other industrial markets.
