Wabash has opened a new parts and services center in Phoenix as part of an effort to expand its service footprint in the western U.S. The facility is designed to improve access to parts, upfitting, and support services for fleets operating in the Southwest.

Located along the I-10 corridor, the Phoenix center is positioned to serve both existing and new customers in the region. Wabash said the facility will help fleets access faster upfitting and service support, allowing vehicles to be placed into operation more quickly.

The facility will offer Wabash’s Ready-to-Mount solutions, which pair pre-built dry freight and platform bodies with mounting and other configuration options. The program is designed to shorten delivery timelines, allowing fleets to receive completed units in weeks rather than months.

Upfitting services

The Phoenix location will also provide upfitting and repair services, including installation of shelving, roof racks, liftgates, telematics systems, and other equipment. These services allow fleets to configure vehicles for specific job requirements before they enter service.

“Our next facility in Phoenix expands the reach of Wabash in the West and brings our services closer to where our customers operate every day,” said Dave Hill, vice president, recurring revenue at Wabash. “We continue to see strong demand for our Ready-to-Mount solutions and upfitting services, with our 2025 upfit volumes nearly doubling volumes from the previous year. By expanding our footprint in Phoenix, we’re better positioned to meet that demand and provide customers of all sizes with faster delivery, greater uptime, and the confidence that support is there when and where they need it.”

In addition to the new Phoenix location, Wabash operates parts and services centers in Southern California, Dallas, Chicago, Columbus, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Tampa, supported by an expanding dealer network.
