East® Manufacturing has developed a new sideswing tailgate ramp guide that includes a roller made from a high durability synthetic material (UHMW). This new feature prevents top pin misalignment by guiding the gate and top pin back into position during closing, making the gate much easier and faster to close. The guide ramp is constructed of aluminum with a specially designed self-lubricating UHMW roller. The guide ramp is now standard on all East dump trailer sideswing gate option packages.
