Fullbay launches State of Heavy Duty Repair survey

Aug. 13, 2020
The survey will combine with Fullbay’s benchmarking data to produce the heavy duty repair community’s comprehensive report in Fall 2020.

Fullbay announced the launch of the State of Heavy Duty Repair survey. The survey will combine with Fullbay’s benchmarking data to produce the heavy duty repair community’s comprehensive report in Fall 2020.

Jacob Findlay, CEO and co-founder of Fullbay, said the survey and report are about identifying trends in the growing heavy duty repair space. “There are a lot of industry reports out there, but nothing for the heavy duty community,” Findlay said. “The State of Heavy Duty Repair will be the gold-standard when it comes to what’s happening in the industry.”

Members of the repair community are encouraged to complete the anonymous survey before September 1 and doing so will enter them for a chance to win prizes for their participation.

The survey’s topics include shop financial, cultural, and technological questions. In addition, it examines the impact of COVID-19 on the community, how different parts of the business are managed, and more. Upon the survey being closed, Fullbay plans to aggregate and analyze the anonymous data for the first of an annual industry report.

“We want to share our findings with the entire community on a yearly basis so that shops can better run their businesses and have a comparison with their peers,” said Findlay.
