Noregon webinar to explore proactive maintenance through remote diagnostics

The June 16 webinar will discuss how remote diagnostics and connected vehicle data can help service teams reduce downtime and move beyond reactive repair strategies.

Noregon will host a live webinar titled “From Repairs to Proactive Service: Remote Diagnostics in Maintenance” on June 16 from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. ET.

The free session will explore how remote diagnostics are changing maintenance operations by helping service teams move beyond traditional “wait until it breaks” repair strategies. The webinar will focus on how connected vehicle data and remote diagnostics tools can support more proactive maintenance planning and reduce unplanned downtime.

The webinar will feature a customer panel with Amber Worley of Bergey's Truck Centers and Brittany Mullis of Nextran USA, who will discuss how their organizations use TripVision in day-to-day operations and share lessons learned from integrating remote diagnostics into service and maintenance programs.

During the session, presenters will cover how maintenance teams are operationalizing remote diagnostics, using connected vehicle insights to improve service decisions, and incorporating these tools into contract maintenance strategies.

The session is designed for maintenance professionals, service managers, and fleet personnel interested in improving uptime through data-driven maintenance practices.

Attendance is free. Those unable to attend the live session can still register to receive a recording of the webinar. Register here.
