Noregon has released a JPRO 2025 v3 update for its system, including new features such as a CAN Bus diagnostics tool and expanded makes and models coverage for both on-highway and off-highway manufacturers.

The CAN Bus Diagnostics tools, all of which require Noregon’s DLA+ 3.0 XBT Adapter, allow technicians to measure voltage and resistance in JPRO, run real-time CAN Fault Analysis, and perform live CAN Graphing. To measure voltage and resistance, technicians can access the new tool from the Connection Type screen, potentially reducing their reliance on multimeter and oscilloscopes. Meanwhile, the CAN Fault Analysis can help detect short-circuits and other communication issues, like high impedance, and the CAN graphing can let techs find interference and grounding problems.

Other new features in the 2025 v3 update include expanded engine and transmission coverage for Cummins engines, Eaton transmissions, and emissions data and faults on the Volvo VNL, Mack Anthem, and Mick Pioneer. And there’s new bidirectional tests for Ford vehicles as well, including several new commands, such as misfire and power balance tests.

Finally, new off-highway features include broadened coverage and new tests for Kubota and John Deere equipment.
