RapidLink Repairs adds power unit repair services nationwide
Heavy-duty fleet repair service provider RapidLink Repairs has expanded its nationwide network to include power unit repairs and maintenance, extending its existing roadside and scheduled service offerings beyond trailers and chassis.
According to the company, the new capability allows fleets to manage a larger share of their maintenance and repair activity through a single provider and platform. RapidLink said it expanded and updated its network of contracted service providers to support power unit repairs while maintaining standardized pricing and service processes across its network.
"[Customers] want to work with one trusted vendor for all their roadside and on-site repair needs," said Jonathan Beltrán, AVP of Sales at RapidLink. "We listened, enhanced our network, and now we’re delivering an expanded solution that remains true to our core value of offering consistent, transparent pricing.”
The company said the centralized model gives customers access to unified service tracking and billing, online account management, and 24/7 support. RapidLink also noted that its contracted labor rates are established in advance through its vendor network to provide more predictable repair costs.
"Our contracted labor rates are locked in, so customers know exactly what they'll pay. We believe that’s part of what makes the difference between a vendor and a trusted partner," Beltrán added.
