Use the VT56 or VT46 branded TPMS diagnostic tools to perform an OBD relearn to reset TPMS on a Ford. Go to "SERVICE TPMS", then select the make, model, and year to locate the relearn steps required to reset the TPMS system and transfer new and existing TPMS IDs to the vehicle's DLC using the OBD-II module. First, activate each TPMS sensor, plug the OBD-II module to the TPMS tool, then plug the OBD-II module to the vehicle's DLC. Select OK to transfer the IDs to the vehicle's ECU. The OBD relearn procedure will work for the VT46 brands or the VT56. OBD-II transfer technology is possible because of ATEQ's sync ID, patented enhanced OBD-II transfer technology. A manual TPMS reset is also possible.
