After more than 25 years of exhibiting at AAPEX, Bar’s Leaks and Rislone will expand their Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW) presence to include a booth at the SEMA Show for the first time this year. The AAPEX booth will continue to be the primary destination for in-depth information about new and updated products, while visitors to the SEMA booth will have the opportunity to meet celebrity spokespeople Bobby Janiec and Caitlin Burt while battling other attendees for the high score in the video game “Monster Truck Destruction.”
SEMA Show attendees can find Bar’s Leaks and Rislone in booth No. 32303 in the Upper South Hall Racing & Performance section of the Las Vegas Convention Center. At AAPEX, the two brands will be at their familiar location just inside the second level Sands Avenue show entrance of the Sands Expo in booth No. 3616. The SEMA Show will be held Nov. 3 to 6, while AAPEX takes place Nov. 3 to 5.
“We have exhibited at the modern AAPEX event since its inception more than 25 years ago. It has been a great venue for us to meet with our buyers and industry partners every year,” says Clay Parks, vice president of development for Bar’s Leaks and Rislone. “Exhibiting at the SEMA Show gives us a way to expand beyond our base to talk more directly with the shop owners, technicians and enthusiasts who buy and recommend our products. It gives us an avenue to introduce our brands and our products to an entirely new audience.”
The newest Bar’s Leaks product, Valve Seal Oil Consumption Repair, will debut at AAPEX and the SEMA Show. Valve Seal Oil Consumption Repair (No. VS-1) restores valve seals that have shrunk, hardened or cracked due to age, high mileage or extended vehicle storage. Its professional-grade formula permanently repairs valve seals in minutes, eliminating the need for traditional hours-long seal replacement jobs.
Bar’s Leaks will also introduce Head Seal Blown Head Gasket Repair, the strongest antifreeze-compatible head gasket repair on the market. Formerly known as Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant (No. HG-1), Head Seal Blown Head Gasket Repair comes with a new limited lifetime warranty that remains in effect as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
To help show off the new products, Janiec and Burt will be in the Bar’s Leaks and Rislone SEMA Show booth each day. The spokespeople have been promoting Bar’s Leaks and Rislone at events all year and will sign autographs for attendees. They will also give away a prize to the attendee who posts the highest score playing the “Monster Truck Destruction” video game that will be set up in the booth. Featuring the Rislone Defender monster truck driven by Zach Adams, “Monster Truck Destruction” lets players crush obstacles and race in realistic arenas. After playing the game, attendees can see the Rislone Defender in person in the SEMA Show Feature Vehicle Program display area.
All Bar’s Leaks and Rislone products are made in the U.S.A. To learn more about the companies’ stop leaks, sealers, engine additives and fuel treatments, stop by booth No. 3616 at AAPEX.
