In this episode, John Hitch interviews Kevin and Kyle Coltrain, who started up Coltrain Onsite Fleet Care a year ago. The brothers are drawing on their family's maintenance and football roots to run their company like a winning team.

Most recently, the company developed and launched a proprietary inspection app for their mobile techs to ensure they complete all 100 points on vehicle inspections, with documented issues paired with supporting photos, and exact measurements recorded versus general pass/fail checkboxes.
