It also supports all major diagnostic protocols, including DoIP and CAN FD processes, and can work as a J2534 pass-through and OEM Vehicle Connection Interface (VDI) for European vehicle makes. MultiScan also offers remote-assistance features with access to ZF's diagnostic experts. Remote techs can run diagnostics or programming with OEM software, with all expert assistance priced on a pay-as-you-go basis. The tablet and VCI includes a multi-position locking kickstand, a long battery life, Wi-Fi connectivity, a built-in QR code scanner, and a camera magnifier.
