Now available from Ingalls Engineering is the Threaded Bushing Extractor/Installer, No. 92970, that works on older Dana 44 axle equipped 4x4 Dodge, Ford, GMC and Jeep trucks with screw-in style camber/caster ball joint bushings. The company says the tool is the only bushing removal/installation tool that assures consistent contact between the tool and brushing during removal. This tool can help save time spent aligning and or servicing vehicles because regular "spanner" wrenches can slip out of the bushing slots and can cause rounding of both the bushing and the tool.
