Petro-Canada’s Duron-E Synthetic 5W-40 Heavy Duty Engine Oil is a high-performance synthetic, specially formulated for both on- and off-road vehicles. A CJ-4 oil, it can help operators extend drain intervals, reduce engine wear, minimize oxidative thickening, enhance corrosion protection and optimize top-up and cold start-up performance, the company says. The oil is suitable for use in 2007 and 2010 EPA engines, and is back-serviceable for use in pre-2007 engines. It is also suited for 4-stroke diesel, gasoline and some natural gas automotive applications where SAE 5W-40 is recommended.
