The OTC Stainless Tip Blow Gun, No. 2423, is designed with user safety in mind, controlling air pressure and reducing to safe levels if blockage occurs. Classified as a safety blow gun unlike others in the marketplace, the amount of air is easily controlled via a unique variable speed trigger that makes control air dispensing easy. When used at 90 psi air pressure, the vented tip prevents pressure exceeding 30 psi if the tip becomes blocked, conforming with OSHA standards. Air operation is also quiet with noise levels below 80 db when used at 90 psi air pressure. The OTC 2423 is designed to withstand corrosion, featuring a 4-1/2"’ stainless steel nozzle constructed of impact- and weather-resistant materials and a brass threaded air inlet ensures threads do not shear with repeated use.
