Mack Trucks launches virtual live tour for buyers

Nov. 20, 2024
The tours are conducted by the company’s product specialists, who can tailor their discussions based on requests from the prospective buyer via either audio or chat.

Mack Trucks is now allowing potential buyers to take virtual tours of their trucks through the Mack Live Tour digital experience. The experience provides a one-on-one, personalized tour with the company’s product specialists.

"The Mack Live Tour demonstrates our commitment to meeting customers where they are, providing unprecedented access to our product line while respecting their time and convenience," said Jonathan Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America. "This approach allows us to showcase our trucks' features and capabilities in a manner that is most convenient for the potential customer—all in an interactive way."

Each tour takes about 30 minutes, which segment-specific product specialists use to guide customers through a tour tailored to their interests. The tours feature a one-way video format that allows customers to view the vehicles from the specialist’s perspective, with communication available through audio or chat. Based on prompting from the customer, the specialist can then discuss the truck model’s exterior and interior features and focus on any details the client requests.

This digital program is currently available to buyers in the U.S. and Canada and can be scheduled here.
