Bosch has launched FleetME, a maintenance management solution designed to help fleets identify repair needs, receive alerts, and schedule service all in one place. The platform connects vehicle data, diagnostics, OEM maintenance schedules, and repair guidance to streamline maintenance operations.
FleetME uses live vehicle data and AI-driven analytics to support predictive maintenance and provide recommendations on proper service timing, integrating more than 50 telematics and maintenance solutions. It also includes workflow tools for work order management and in-house or third-party repair scheduling.
Built on Bosch’s Logistics Operating System (L.OS), which hosts more than 100 digital solutions globally, FleetME gives fleets a consolidated view of their maintenance activity while improving uptime and warranty claim opportunities, according to the company.
“L.OS solves our customers’ critical pain points to help reduce costs, optimize operations, drive profitability through industry proven solutions,” said Luke Hugel, president and regional business responsible for Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions, North America. “By adding FleetME to the L.OS platform, fleets are able to get a holistic view of maintenance alongside other key processes for their business.”
