Supply chain AI platform Wiliot has partnered with systems integrator Velociti to scale deployment of its Physical AI platform, which uses battery-free IoT tags to monitor assets across the supply chain. The focus is on removing friction during installation and integration, which are the two common barriers for adoption with fleets managing complex operations.

The partnership aims to help fleets looking to improve asset visibility without adding maintenance overhead.

The platform relies on small, Bluetooth-enabled tags that capture real-time data such as location, movement, and temperature. Because the tags don’t require batteries, fleets avoid the ongoing service demands tied to battery replacement, which can reduce labor and long-term maintenance costs. Data is fed into cloud-based tools that provide visibility into inventory flow, dwell time, and potential disruptions.

Velociti’s role centers on execution, including site assessments, hardware installation, and system integration. For fleets, that can ease the burden on maintenance and IT teams while accelerating time to value. Applications range from trailer and yard tracking to parts inventory management, where better visibility can help reduce lost assets and improve planning.

“Physical AI is becoming foundational to how modern supply chains operate and compete,” said Amir Khoshniyati, VP of marketing at Wiliot. “Through our partnership with Velociti, we’re giving customers a clear and proven path to scale. Wiliot provides the open, real-time Physical AI platform, while Velociti brings the expertise and operational execution needed to deploy and expand these capabilities across complex supply chain environments.”
