Curry Blanton is TMC’s new Membership Manager. Blanton holds a bachelor's degree from Mary Baldwin College, with eight years of experience in membership management of individual-based associations. In her past roles, she coordinated new member marketing efforts through various mediums such as publications, trade shows, and online interactive software. Although she took a break from full-time employment when her oldest child was born, she kept busy volunteering, running various school fund-raisers, and substitute teaching. She says she has missed being a part of an association. Her previous work experience has mostly been in associations, helping design databases, running all aspects of membership recruitment and retention efforts, running new member orientations at conferences, and creating marketing pieces.
