The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence's second webinar focusing on Isuzu's 5.2L diesel engine will be on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Tuesday, March 14 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “Isuzu 5.2L Diesel Fuel Delivery and Diagnostics (Part 2).”

Justin Ridings with Isuzu Commercial Truck of America will cover common rail high-pressure components and diagnostics for the 5.2L diesel engine. This is the second part of a two-part presentation. Topics include:

  • Internal components of the injection pump
  • Fuel flow from the low side to the high side of the fuel system
  • An internal look at the high-pressure fuel injector
  • Fuel injector failure modes and diagnostics
