“We are proud to sponsor the 2025 Best Young Tech Award,” said Dave Johnson, president and CEO of ASE. “This is year five of the award program and it has quickly become one of the most celebrated recognitions for young automotive service professionals in the industry.”
To participate, technicians need to be aged 21-35, ASE-certified, and have at least two years of experience in the industry. They also need to have shown development in their career, innovation in their role, technical or educational achievement, community service, and their importance to their shop. Technicians can nominate themselves or someone else can nominate them here.
Once submitted, a panel of industry professionals, including industry veterans and CTI trainers, will judge all the candidates. Winners will be notified in July or August and receive a trip to the 2025 AAPEX/SEMA show in Las Vegas, tools and equipment from the contest’s sponsors, an award plaque, and uniform patch, and Motor Age Training Collateral.
