Women in Trucking reward best working environments for women

Great Dane and PacLease were among the top 30 companies in Women in Trucking's 2023 "Top Company for Women to Work For in Transportation" awards.

Women in Trucking named Great Dane and PacLease as some of 2023's “Top Companies for Women to Work For in Transportation.”

The award is granted by Women in Trucking’s official publication and includes a nomination and review process before voting. This year, over 27,000 individuals voted on the award, with Great Dane and PacLease each garnering enough votes to rank among the top 30 companies.

"Women at our company are encouraged to be connected across the organization, including participating in hands-on learning with our products, contributing ideas and offering solutions, and engaging in customer interactions, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our male counterparts," said Brandie Fuller, Great Dane's Vice President of Commercial Excellence.

The "Top Companies for Women to Work For in Transportation" focuses on organizations with the best practices to encourage women to participate in the field, including those that offer competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement for women.
