ASE offering free webinar on shop culture

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is offering a webinar on Nov. 14 covering shop culture and technician integrity.

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is hosting a free webinar for service technicians and shop managers on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 4 p.m. ET entitled “Cultivating Integrity.” The hour-long webinar will address company culture and onboarding new technicians, and is free to attend.

The webinar will be hosted by Kevin Tetz from Paintucation, a training company that focuses on restoration and refinishing. Specifically, Tetz will cover introducing company culture to new technicians, instilling integrity in the next generation of techs, and using a “best practice” mentality and incentives to shape shop culture.

Webinar participants will receive a certificate of attendance via email, and those unable to attend will be able to view a recorded session if one is produced.
