The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands—comprising Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Glass, and Caliber Fleet Solutions—recently expanded into Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont through the acquisition of Key Collision’s 10 locations. The company now has repair facilities in 44 states.  

Specifically, the shops are in:

Portland, Maine; Concord, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, Rochester and Salem, New Hampshire; and Colchester and South Burlington, Vermont.

The move was completed to spread into new customer territories while bolstering Key technicians’ experience and reputation for quality repairs with resources available through Caliber’s larger network. The expected benefit for customers should be “more predictable repair quality, faster claims turnaround and broader coverage in every region where vehicles need service,” Caliber added.  

Val Fichera, SVP of operations for the Northeast at Caliber, cited the “talented teammates of Key Collision, [whose] longstanding commitment to quality repairs and customer service makes them a natural fit with the Caliber family."

Key Collision, founded in 1992, shared that sentiment.

Caliber also announced it has graduated 3,000 students in its Technician Apprentice Program. The paid hands-on program is free to enroll in.
