Mitchell 1’s newest feature on its SocialCRM solution can compile and summarize reviews and customer feedback from SureCritic, Google, Facebook, and more.
Mitchell 1 has added a “Review Insights’ feature to its SocialCRM marketing solution, which can summarize and aggregate customer reviews from several platforms.
“With Review Insights, we’re putting data to work for our shop marketing customers,” said Marcus Mackell, director of SocialCRM marketing services at Mitchell 1. “This powerful new feature removes the guesswork from customer feedback by revealing key trends and providing clear, actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. It’s not just about reviews – it’s about turning feedback into transformation.”
Powered by SureCritic’s review services, the new “Review Insights” option is available in SocialCRM’s LocalSearch services. It compiles reviews from SureCritic, Google, Facebook, and more in the SureCritic Review Summary dashboard highlighting feedback from the last 90 days. Meanwhile, the dashboard refreshes every 30 days for current data.

AI-powered summaries on what’s working well and what isn’t, again in a tile format
Strategies and a step-by-step guide to improve customer service, staff training, and shop operations
Review linking to individual employees to support recognition, accountability, coaching efforts
