autotext.me launches Text to Pay

March 12, 2019
Text to Pay allows users to send their customers a convenient text message that includes a link to pay their bill online.

autotext.me has partnered with 360 Payments and launched Text to Pay, a solution that gives autotext.me clients the ability to send their customers a convenient text message that includes a link to pay their bill online.

“I created autotext.me to achieve faster communication, an optimized workflow, and a better customer service experience. Text to Pay does just that and saves time for everyone. Customers no longer need to wait in line to pay, and service writers don’t have to collect credit card information over the phone anymore,” explains Chris Cloutier, autotext.me founder and co-owner of multi-shop operation, Golden Rule Auto Care.

autotext.me’s new Text to Pay feature is secure and fully PCI compliant. Furthermore, shops are not required to switch credit card processors. They can keep their current credit card processor for front desk transactions and add 360 Payments for online payments.
