Kolman’s Komments: Now I’ve got a solid reason to exercise every day

April 11, 2016
A link between working out and alcohol.

I’m not a person that likes to exercise.

However, recent research findings have caused me to change my ways and go to the gym on a regular basis.

Researchers at Pennsylvania State University examined the health of adults to determine if there a relationship between exercise and alcohol consumption. Turns out there is.

The investigation found that, as reported in the journal Health Psychology: “People drank more than usual on the same days that they engaged in more physical activity than usual.”

Isn’t it amazing what researchers can come up with?
