The Yokohama Tire 114R UWB Regional-Haul Trailer Tire is SmartWay verified and designed to meet the demands of high-scrub operations. The 114R Ultra Wide-Base (UWB) tire offers cut and chip resistance, and has a 16/32" deep grove depth to provide long tread life. In addition, the funnel-shaped step grooves prevent stones and other debris from reaching the bottom of the grooves, where casing damage can often occur. Ground contact pressure is uniformly distributed, resulting in stability, tracking, and improved fuel efficiency. The tire is available in size 445/50R22.5 with an additional size, 455/50/22.5, to be offered in early 2020.
