Hendrickson STEERTEK NXT available on International MV Trucks and IC Bus CE Series buses

Hendrickson Truck Commercial Vehicle Systems announced the expansion of its STEERTEK NXT portfolio of fabricated front steer axles to include 10K and 12K capacities for the medium duty truck and bus segments.

These new configurations are now available to order on International MV trucks and IC Bus CE Series buses as optional equipment. Hendrickson’s proprietary design and manufacturing process saves weight compared to traditional I-beam axles, according to the company, while combining strength, maneuverability, and reduced maintenance. These new axles come with a service interval of 40,000 miles and feature a 10-year, 1-million-mile warranty. The STEERTEK NXT axle will be released within TOPS on April 15.

Available in capacities from 10,000 to 14,600 lbs per axle, STEERTEK NXT is approved for on-highway and medium duty truck, bus, and motor home applications.
