The Badger BFW1 fifth wheel implements fully mechanical, hands-free, ECO-Friendly greasing to keep the top plate consistently and evenly lubricated. The patent-pending Gear Greased Fifth Wheel system draws grease from two twist-lock cartridges and feeds them through a system of winding channels. The fifth plate's movement on the road provides the energy to pump the fluid and requires no other power source. The BFW1 is compatible with 2" kingpins and has a 55,000-lb. max vertical rating and 150,000-lb. horizontal pull rating. Six-year/600,000-mile warranty.
