ZF appoints new head of North American Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket

ZF Aftermarket has named Ricardo Santarosa the new Head of Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket, North America, where he will oversee the full regional business line strategy for ZF’s CV product portfolio and service network.

Bringing nearly two decades of experience across both automotive and commercial vehicle segments, Santarosa most recently served as key account manager for ZF’s commercial vehicle business in the Americas, working closely with OEM accounts and cross-regional strategies. His previous roles include application engineering, project management, and sales.

Santarosa earned an MBA in business strategy and economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a Bachelor of Science degree in production engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (UNIMEP). He will remain based in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
