Daimler models’ modulator valve corrosion may cause brake pull
Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Freightliner Cascadia and 2022 Western Star 49X vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall numbers 23V073 or 22V817. The brake modulator valves on the front axle may corrode and cause the vehicle to pull to one side during braking initiated by electronic stability control (ESC) or roll stability control (RSC). Brakes that pull to one side may cause a sudden change in vehicle direction, increasing the risk of a crash.
This recall potentially affects 2,404 vehicles. Dealers will replace the brake modulator valves. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 8. Ford F-150 models’ fuel tank may leak or detach
Ford is recalling certain 2023-2027 F-150 vehicles. The fuel tank may be improperly secured and leak fuel, or detach from the vehicle while driving. A detached tank can create a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, a fuel leak can cause an engine stall or increase the risk of a fire.

Ford F-150 models’ loose rear suspension stabilizer rod
Ford is recalling certain 2026 F-150 vehicles. The stabilizer rod fasteners may not have been tightened properly during manufacturing, which can allow the rod to shift out of position. A misaligned stabilizer rod can cause a loss of vehicle handling and control, which can increase the risk of a crash.

Ford F-150 models’ loss of drive power from incorrect rear axle tail bearing
Ford is recalling certain 2026 F-150 vehicles. Incorrect rear axle tail bearings may have been installed, which can result in rear wheel lock-up or driveshaft separation. Rear wheel lock-up can result in a loss of vehicle control. Driveshaft separation can result in a loss of drive power or a vehicle rollaway if the vehicle is parked without the parking brake applied. Either of these situations can increase the risk of a crash or injury.

Ford is recalling certain 2026-2027 Transit vehicles. The wireless seat belt reminder system (SBR) within the rear seat belt buckles may malfunction and fail to show a change in buckle status. A faulty seat belt status indicator may fail to alert occupants to an unfastened seat belt, increasing the risk of injury.
This recall potentially affects 1,945 vehicles. Dealers will inspect the rear seat belts and replace the wireless seat belt buckles, as necessary. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed September 21. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in December. Ring Power models’ cracked weld may cause pole guide arm to fall
Ring Power Corporation is recalling certain 2019-2026 Terex C4000, C5000, C6000, and General 65 digger derrick trucks. An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate. Without a retaining pin, the pole guide arm may fall, increasing the risk of injury to people around the truck.

Toyota models’ incorrect load-carrying capacity on label
Toyota is recalling certain 2024 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid, 2025 Tundra Hybrid, Tundra, 2026 RAV4 Hybrid, 4Runner i-Force Max Hybrid, and 4Runner vehicles. The load-carrying capacity modification label may display inaccurate added weight values. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims." A vehicle with an incorrect maximum capacity weight value may be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
