Mack Trucks has launched MyMack, a driver app for the connected features for the all-new Mack Pioneer. The app is available from the Apple Store and Google Play, and allows customers to monitor their truck information and gives them some remote controls for their vehicle.
"The MyMack app represents a significant advancement in how drivers interact with their vehicles," said Patrick Brown, director of strategy, Mack Trucks. “By putting vital truck information and controls literally in the palm of their hands, we're helping drivers get the job done more efficiently and safely, while improving their overall experience.”
The MyMack app allows drivers to monitor their truck’s fuel level, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and oil level remotely, and check the status of their vehicle lights as well. If the truck has Mack’s Integrated Parking Cooler, the app also lets drivers activate their climate controls remotely as well to pre-condition the cab.
The app is included in Mack’s Integrated Uptime bundle, which also includes access to the Mack Connect portal (a fleet management and analytics portal that comes standard with the Mack Pioneer), which lasts for five years with Mack Integrated Uptime.
