AutoZone recently named JK Fenner as its 2024 Vendor of the Year at its annual Vendor Summit hosted in Memphis, Tennessee. JK Fenner offers products a range of aftermarket products including oil seals, transmission belts, suspension parts, and more. AutoZone also recognized 17 other suppliers for their commitment to customer satisfaction and performance throughout the past year.
“Our 2024 Vendor of the Year, JK Fenner, and all our Vendor Summit award winners exemplified our Pledge and Values,” said Bill Hackney, executive vice president, Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain, Customer Satisfaction at AutoZone. “They worked together, created new solutions, and helped AutoZone achieve its goals.”
The company also offered various members the AutoZone Extra Miler award, The Ray of Hope award, the International Vendor of Excellence Award, and the AutoZone WITTDTJR awards.

Seven vendors received the AutoZone Extra Miler award as those who are “unfazed by obstacles, go above and beyond the call of duty, committed to phenomenal customer satisfaction and consistently do more than expected.” These winners included Baofeng, Bearing-Tech, Encore, Gold, Highline Warren, True Parts Inc. and Valvoline.
Great Neck Saw Manufacturers, Inc. took home the newest award, The Ray of Hope. This award went to Great Neck Saw Manufacturers for their involvement in their community, including the donation of tools and equipment to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Memphis. AutoZone also gave Reach Cooling the International Vendor of Excellence Award for their market insights, investments, and training.
Finally, the company presented seven organizations with the WITTDTJR awards (What It Takes to Do the Job Right). These winners included Hitt Brands, Motorcar Parts of America, Moveras, Robert Bosch, Stryten Energy, Technical Chemical Company, and The NOCO Company, in recognition of their work to improve the customer experience.
