Drivewyze will now operate as a Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions product, allowing the latter to offer tolling, weigh station bypass, compliance, and safety solutions.
Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions has acquired Drivewyze, with the two companies now offering services for tolling, weigh station bypass, compliance, and safety for commercial fleets. Bestpass and Drivewyze initially partnered in 2023 to streamline the process for fleets using their weigh station bypass and toll management services.
“We have had a very successful partnership in place, and many of our existing customers also use a weigh station bypass solution to reduce operating costs and driver downtime,” said Tom Fogarty, Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions CEO. “This strategic move to acquire Drivewyze will allow us to offer customers a more comprehensive, innovative, and integrated solution.”
Under the new agreement, Drivewyze will still operate under its brand and retain its scope of business as a Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions product offering. The acquisition will also not impact current Drivewyze customers’ services and support in any way.
