Pilot honors veterans and military with $100k donation
May 7, 2025
Throughout May 2025, Pilot will offer authenticated veterans, military personnel, and their families exclusive deals on food and drinks. The company is also donating to Folds of Honor.
To celebrate Military Appreciation Month this May, Pilot is donating to Folds of Honor and offering veterans, military members, and their families exclusive offers at Pilot locations.
"With contributions to organizations like Folds of Honor, we salute military service members’ legacies by helping provide educational scholarships,” said Meg Counts, director of corporate giving and events. “As a company grounded in serving others, we are honored to give our support to military members and their families who do so much to uplift and protect our communities.”
For the donation, Pilot is working through its Miles of Good program, which was designed to help contribute funds to assist with STEM education and scholarships, as well as support military veterans and safety initiatives in local communities. The company is donating $100,000 to Folds of Honor, a nonprofit that provides scholarships to spouses and children of military members and first responders who have fallen or become disabled during their service.
Additionally, throughout May, veterans, military personnel, and their families will be able to access three free offers each week at participating Pilot locations, including free coffee and fountain drinks, freshly prepared foods including pizza and breakfast sandwiches, and cooler drinks. To access these deals, participants must authenticate their military status through ID.me in the myRewards Plus app.
