According to the report, 93% of respondents said they had “partially” implemented AI in their operations, and 88% reported that AI and other new solutions are improving asset uptime and reducing service costs. More specifically, 75% reported that AI and technology were enhancing first-time fix rates.

Those quick wins not only ease daily pressures but also build momentum for broader transformation.”
