Fullbay Next is a mobile-first, AI-native, cloud-based platform designed to streamline heavy-duty repair shop operations and reduce administrative work. The platform features a redesigned Repair Center with Wrench mode, a Kanban board for managing work orders, and Quick Work Order for creating jobs in seconds. Fullbay AI provides interactive note cleanup, image capture and review, and an AI Receptionist for after-hours and overflow calls. The Fleet Center customer portal provides access to service information, while a new developer portal and API offer expanded access to platform data. Fullbay Next is initially rolling out to small independent and mobile shops, with medium and large operations to follow.
