Decisiv named top SRM by Frost & Sullivan

The consulting firm reconized Decisiv's impact in service relationship management due to its service to original equipment manufacturers, fleet and asset managers, service providers, component suppliers, and other partners.

Frost & Sullivan recently presented Decisiv Inc. with the North American company of the Year Award in the service relationship management (SRM) category. In order to select its winner, Frost & Sullivan analytically evaluated each nominee according to its best-practices criteria, searching for those with the greatest ability to handle the among of data necessary to monitor and manage commercial fleet assets.

“Decisiv connects deep-seated domain and operational knowledge with advanced IoT and cloud-based technologies to connect people, places, systems, and things to enable collaboration, communication, and workflows for an industry-leading asset service management solution,” said Elizabeth Whynott, best practices research analyst for Frost & Sullivan.

Overall, Frost & Sullivan sought proficiency in nominees between two main categories: Visionary Innovation & Performance and Customer Impact.

To excel in the in the Visionary Innovation & Performance category, companies had to demonstrate their capabilities in:

  • Addressing unmet customer needs
  • Incorporating long-range vision in their strategies
  • Focusing on leadership
  • Implementing demonstratable success practices
  • Exhibiting strong financial performance

To succeed in the Customer Impact category, nominees had to exhibit that:

  • Their products rendered the best value-to-price ratio
  • Their purchase experience fit the needs of unique customers
  • Customers had a continually good experience with the company’s products after purchase
  • Customer service was agile and accessible
  • The company’s brand loyalty was distinctive and high

“This recognition validates the effectiveness of our focus on enabling best practices that enhance safety, compliance, performance, and utilization for fleets, service providers, and OEMs,” said Dick Hyatt, president and CEO at Decisiv. “Delivering those four areas of critical value will continue to be at the forefront as we develop new solutions and services for the entire commercial asset service supply chain.”

Beyond safety and regulatory compliance, Frost & Sullivan recognized Decisiv for their ability to interpret the industry’s needs and direct their strategies to meet their clients. In particular, the evaluation highlighted Decisiv’s platform’s ability to provide consistency, connectivity, control, and communication to its customers. These factors lead to increased efficiency, uptime, and asset utilization for Decisiv’s clients, which include Volvo/Mack, Paccar, Isuzu, Hino, DTNA, Michelin, and Cummins.
