Continental names new VP of distribution for ContiTech Industrial Solutions

Continental’s ContiTech group has appointed Jim Hill as vice president of distribution for its Industrial Solutions Americas (IAM) business area. Hill previously served as IAM vice president of marketing and strategy and will now lead distribution strategy across the Americas, with a focus on strengthening relationships with customers and channel partners.

“Jim’s extensive industry experience and proven leadership make him well suited to lead our distribution strategy in the Americas,” said Andreas Gerstenberger, ContiTech USA CEO and head of business area industrial solutions Americas. “His deep knowledge of our markets and customers will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our distribution network.”

Hill joined ContiTech in 2015 and has held multiple leadership roles within the IAM organization. Prior to that, he held management positions at Goodyear and later senior executive roles at Goodyear Engineered Products, which became Veyance Technologies and is now part of ContiTech.

In his new role, Hill will oversee regional distribution efforts aimed at expanding market reach and supporting industrial customers across key segments.
