With the recent tax overhaul and infrastructure rebuilding on the horizon, Rainier says it "could not ask for a better business environment" for their trucks.
Rainier's Cab Over Engine (COE) trucks, build for regional vocational jobs, offer the Cummins B6.7L 300 hp/660 lb-ft diesel engine as standard equipment on all models.
Both dealers and customers can order trucks online, factory direct, in real time.
Rainier believes they will hit their goal of signing on an additional 30 new dealers to cover key metropolitan markets by the end of March.
Rainier’s selection process for bringing on new dealers is "simple."
"They have to be able to service what they sell, are hungry for innovation and have not forgotten their entrepreneur roots," the company says.
There are no franchise fees for a Rainier dealership opportunity. Potential dealers must sign off on a dealer agreement, order an initial three trucks online and make a deposit on those three trucks.
Retail customers select the truck model and options they want online, and place an order. After the order is confirmed by the factory they will be directed to a Rainier dealer that is closest to them for delivery.
