Rainier Truck & Chassis of Yakima, Washington is moving into pilot production mode.
Production will take place in a 6,000 sq. ft., seven-bay facility on 13.5 acres "with plenty of room for future expansion," the company says.
Product roll out of the "low cost," common cab/chassis cab-over engine platform has not changed, according to the company.
Rainier will offer their Cummins 6.7L 300 and 325 hp diesel engine models first, followed by the HEMI 6.4L 370 hp gas engine models and, then, an all-wheel drive pure electric engine.
