Channel Flow EXO is the next generation of the popular Baldwin Filters Channel Flow air filter line. Channel Flow EXO air filters take the unique fluted media design of Channel Flow air filters and combine it with the latest, proprietary technology. The result is a compact air filter line that allows for design flexibility and is both highly durable and efficient.

The unprecedented filter design utilizes patent-pending reinforcement techniques to ensure the media remains securely in place and undamaged and protects the engine throughout the entire life cycle of the filter. The Channel Flow EXO’s unique design also allows for more media surface area, accurate and secure installation and rugged protection.

“We are excited to bring this advanced technology to the marketplace,” said Steve Zimmerman, group product Director, CLARCOR Engine Mobile Group. “By improving on an already outstanding filter design, we can provide the best protection for today’s high performing, cleaner running engines.”

Baldwin filters are routinely tested above and beyond industry standards, ensuring reliable performance under the toughest conditions. In rigorous testing, Channel Flow EXO air filters demonstrated extreme structural integrity. They consistently survived extreme conditions with no signs of damage or media distortion. Comparable OE filters failed less than halfway into the life of the test.

In initial efficiency tests, Channel Flow EXO outperformed the competition by a wide margin. Further testing proved that over the filter’s life, the design met or exceeded the OE and surpassed all other aftermarket filters.
