Lytx expands fleet camera visibility with 360 Hub Kit

Lytx has introduced the 360 Hub Kit, a hub and auxiliary camera system designed to expand video visibility around commercial vehicles and other fleet assets.
The system supports up to four 1080p HD auxiliary cameras, with expansion to eight, covering areas such as the sides, rear, cargo area, and blind zones. An optional in-cab monitor provides real-time camera views, while local recording can be expanded through SD storage.

Auxiliary footage is synchronized with DriveCam footage and surfaced through Lytx Video Search, allowing fleet and safety personnel to review multiple camera views through a single cloud-based platform. Video can also be requested on demand and uploaded over LTE, which Lytx said can help reduce the need to bring vehicles back to a shop or other location for footage retrieval.
The 360 Hub Kit is designed to support incident investigations, claims documentation, theft deterrence, service verification, and visibility around worksites and other low-speed operating environments.
The hardware also provides a foundation for planned AI-enabled features. Lytx expects to add side and rear pedestrian, object, and blind-spot detection in winter 2026, along with auxiliary camera lens obstruction detection.
Additional planned capabilities include synchronized multi-camera playback in Lytx Video Search, side and rear blind-spot events, fixed-site camera support for yards and facilities, and a standalone Smart Camera.
The Lytx 360 Hub Kit is available now. Additional features are scheduled for release through spring 2027.
