Lytx unveils simplified fleet management platform
Lytx has released a “lighter-weight" fleet management platform, LytxOne, to provide fleets with essential GPS, video, and vehicle telematics data, while reducing complexity. The solution complements Lytx’s other products such as Lytx DriveCam, Lytx+ with Geotab, and Lytx Surfsight, according to the company.
LytxOne connects to both OBD-II and J1939, and provides fleets with odometer and fuel-level tracking, while also providing access to engine data and trip logs. The system can also provide alerts on these categories, and can also monitor fault codes and battery voltage for maintenance departments.
Additionally, LytxOne can provide fleet alerts for driver distraction, fatigue, and risky driving behavior. It also features 4G LTE connectivity certified by PTCRB, AT&T, and T-Mobile, and delivers and stores video from the road and cabin in 1080P.
“As a category leader for over 27 years, we understand that no two fleets are the same—but that the challenges of safety and efficiency are universal,” said Chris Cabrera, chief executive officer at Lytx. “The addition of LytxOne reinforces our commitment to delivering an ecosystem of choice and tailored solutions that empower our customers, offering fleets an accessible and powerful tool that makes it easier than ever to protect their company’s people, equipment, and reputations.”
LytxOne will be initially rolled out for fleets in the U.S., and is available through Lytx network of resellers. It will also be limitedly available directly from Lytx in 1H 2026.
