Noregon's experience in diagnostics and ClearFlame's knowledge of alternative fuel engine technology will help fleets and technicians integrate and maintain lower emissions engines as they enter service. Noregon also named Pam Marion new president and COO

Heavy-duty diagnostics provider Noregon has entered a collaboration with ClearFlame Engine Technologies to provide the commercial vehicle & equipment industry with improved coverage for servicing alternative fuel systems.

Noregon's offerings include JPRO Professional for diagnostics, TripVision for remote diagnostics, NextStep Repair for interactive service information, and more. ClearFlame creates innovative solutions to reduce emissions by powering heavy-duty diesel engines with sustainable and renewable liquid fuels.

"We are thrilled to be working with ClearFlame to help achieve a common goal,” said Paul Smith, VP of Professional Services for Noregon. “Their solution allows fleets to convert to renewable energy vehicles without retrofitting their existing assets. Our shared vision will help provide fleets with everything their technicians need to maintain and service alternate fuel vehicles without any interruptions or major learning curves.”

“Fleet companies should be able to immediately and affordably meet sustainability goals,” said Kirk Roller, Chief Operating Officer for ClearFlame. “Working with service industry leaders like Noregon, ClearFlame eases adoption by integrating into the tools and systems that fleets already trust. This collaboration further proves our commitment to providing practical sustainability solutions today.”

As part of the collaboration, Noregon will work with ClearFlame to implement coverage for ClearFlame engines into their product suite. The two organizations aim to make operating a greener fleet a more attainable option while ensuring technicians can continue using their existing diagnostic applications to service the vehicles.

Noregon names new president

Noregon also announced Pam Marion as the company’s new President and Chief Operating Officer. Marion joins other members of the company's executive team at their corporate headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina.

“After a comprehensive executive search, it became clear Mrs. Marion was the right fit for Noregon,” said Noregon’s Founder and Executive Chairman, Bill Hathaway. “Not only is she a proven leader, but her extensive experience in software and technology positioned her as the perfect candidate for this role.”

In her role as president and COO, Marion will lead the company’s day-to-day operations and execute strategies for growth. Hathaway maintains his active role as Executive Chairman and will focus on strategy development and new market opportunities.

Prior to joining Noregon, Marion served as Global SVP of Customer Success for Genesys. Marion brings Software as a Service (SaaS) experience to Noregon, having served as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for both Omnitracs and Domo. Prior to serving as CCO, Marion spent twelve years at SAP in a variety of roles that included positions in service, sales, and custom solutions.

At prior organizations, Marion’s leadership resulted in increased software renewals and record levels of expansion revenue, plus major improvements in customer and employee engagement. Marion is a graduate of the nearby High Point University, where she earned a B.S. in Business and Economics.

“I am excited and honored to join Noregon as President and COO,” stated Marion. “Noregon plays a vital role in ensuring fleets have safe and healthy vehicles to keep the supply chain moving and I look forward to working with the leadership team to provide our customers the best experience possible.”
