Hunter adds Bosch remote diagnostics to ADASLink

The integration gives technicians remote access to Bosch diagnostic info, OEM software, scans, resets, and more.

Key Highlights

  • Bosch-powered RDS gives technicians remote access to diagnostic experts, OEM software, and calibration support.
  • ADASLink can document scans, calibrations, confirmations, and next-step recommendations after remote diagnostic work.
  • The integration could help shops reduce diagnostic outsourcing and reliance on multiple OEM tools and subscriptions.

Hunter Engineering has added Remote Diagnostics Service (RDS), powered by Bosch, to its ADASLink diagnostic and calibration scan tool.

The integration provides access to Bosch diagnostic experts for OEM software, diagnostic scans, calibration assistance, repair validation, fault-code reviews, coding support, and documentation.

Techs are able to access RDS through the ADASLink tool by selecting from pre-scan, post-scan, steering system reset, and ADAS support options. The system automatically identifies the vehicle VIN and opens a live chat with a Bosch diagnostic expert.

The expert can remotely perform scans and steering system resets, provide ADAS target setup specifications, or complete calibrations as needed. After the work is completed, ADASLink generates documentation, calibration confirmation, and next-step recommendations.
