Valley Automotive Group opened its first Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center in Columbus, Ohio. The facility is designed for truck Classes 1-7 and located just off I-270 between I-70 and I-71 in Southwest Columbus.
“We built this facility with one goal in mind—keep Columbus moving,” said Andy O’Donell, president of Valley Automotive Group. “From same-day diagnostics to on-site mobile repair, our team is here to reduce downtime and help our customers serve theirs.”
The service center will be able to work with both Ford and non-Ford models, including gas, diesel, EVs, and commercial upfits. It features 24 oversized service bays and six mobile units for the surrounding 75-mile radius area, as well as Ford-trained gas, diesel, EV, and hybrid technicians. As well as this, the center will use the Ford Pro Intelligence connected uptime system for vehicle diagnosis and can provide onsite body and equipment installation and service with help from Final Vehicle Solutions and Buckeye Body & Equipment.
