Geotab announced that McLeod Software’s LoadMaster Enterprise Symphony Mobile Communications solution is now available on the Geotab Marketplace. Integratable with Geotab Drive, the combination gives fleet owners a powerful new tool for managing on-time deliveries and driver availability, while also helping them achieve regulatory compliance.

The Geotab Drive solution works with the Geotab GO devices to give dispatchers and managers access to actionable business intelligence surrounding a driver’s Hours of Service (HOS). McLeod’s solution grants users access to continuous, automated retrieval of each driver’s HOS data along with the availability of the driver and their on-duty hours.

By providing better access to HOS data within the LoadMaster Driver Management screen, fleet managers can easily manage critical information needed to keep their customers and drivers informed while also helping achieve compliance. With this integration, Geotab Drive users can provide customers with delivery ETAs, avoid route issues and reduce manual data entry for managers and dispatchers.

“Fleets concerned about the ELD mandate, or about HOS compliance, will benefit from the Geotab and McLeod integration with increased visibility into driver and load information,” said Robert Brothers, manager of product development of McLeod Software.

“The combination of Geotab Drive and McLeod Software, gives fleet owners the tools necessary to maximize driver and vehicle productivity, improve regulatory compliance and maximize customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries,” said Scott Sutarik, Associate Vice President, Commercial Vehicle Solutions at Geotab. “With partners such as McLeod Software, Geotab continues to be the go-to choice for businesses that want to maximize their bottom line and brand reputation."
