Opus IVS releases IVS Calibrate for collision repair shops
Opus IVS’ new feature, IVS Calibrate, will now be included in the company’s DriveSafe2 platform, and lets shops run static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on their own.
Opus IVS has launched IVS Calibrate, a new feature in the company’s DriveSafe2 collision diagnostics platform designed to let shops calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
"IVS Calibrate is a game-changer for collision repair shops, revolutionizing the way ADAS calibrations are conducted," stated Frank Terlep, VP of ADAS Solutions at Opus IVS. "We are committed to empowering our customers with the latest technology and expertise, allowing them to increase their profits and deliver exceptional service to their clients, all while ensuring a user-friendly and straightforward experience."
IVS Calibrate works for both static and dynamic ADAS calibrations, and can be used with Opus IVS’ Connect Copilot to Sublet services if a shop doesn’t have space, targets, or training for more complex calibrations. More specifically, the solution provides:
Dynamic calibration without any equipment (However, some static calibrations may need targets, including laser or camera-based calibration devices, target boards, and Trihedrals)
Step-by-step guidance through the calibration process
